Privacy Policy

What Caleyna collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number; your household's members and preferences you choose to save; the requests you send Caleyna by text, email, voice or the app; and, for the calls she places for you, the business called, the call's recording, transcript and outcome.

How we use it

To do what you ask: place calls to businesses on your behalf, report back what they said, and keep your household's results in your account. On every call, the first sentence a person hears names whose assistant she is. We use usage measurements that carry no message content to keep the service working well.

Text messages (SMS)

Caleyna texts only the mobile number a member adds to their own household, and only about that member's own requests: sign-in codes they ask for, replies to texts they send her, and updates on calls she is placing for them. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full program details: caleyna.com/sms.

Who processes it

Service providers that run calling, texting, speech, language models, hosting and payments process information only to provide Caleyna to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

When you share a task result, anyone with that link sees the answers only: no phone number, address or account belonging to your household. Call recordings stay in your own account.

Your choices

You can update or delete your household information in your account, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to hello@caleyna.com.
