Terms of Service

The terms for using Caleyna, including its text message program.

The service

Caleyna is a personal assistant operated by Epiphani Studios LLC that calls businesses on your behalf and reports back. You are responsible for the requests you make and for any purchase or appointment you approve.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and add only phone numbers that belong to you or to members of your household who agreed to be added.

Text messages

Caleyna texts only the mobile number a member adds to their own household, and only about that member's own requests: sign-in codes they ask for, replies to texts they send her, and updates on calls she is placing for them. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full program details: caleyna.com/sms.

Calls and recordings

Calls Caleyna places may be recorded and transcribed so you can review them; she says whose assistant she is at the start of every call.

Not advice

Caleyna relays what businesses tell her. It is not legal, medical or financial advice.
